What we do for you:
· Analyze your property ? We will perform a market analysis in your neighborhood, to provide you information on setting your rental rate.
· Aggressively advertise your rental ? online, in print, with our signs and on our website.
· Show your property ? Our leasing specialists will show your property to potential new residents.
· Resident Screening ? Rigorous screening of potential residents including credit screening, criminal check, employment verification, and rental history verification.
· Lease Signing ? Our trained staff has your new resident sign our comprehensive lease and collect all monies owed before moving in.
· New move in preparation ? Prior to your new resident moving in, Sunflower can prepare your rental for move in status, so you don?t have to.  We will do all the necessary maintenance and housekeeping.  (additional fee)
