Trish DeSandro has been a vital fixture at Sunflower Property Management serving as the Accounting Manager for over four years.  She handles the day-to-day accounting concerns in addition to providing Human Resource support for the staff.  With over nine years of business and administrative experience, Trish readily manages the financial and accounting information for more 150 clients, nearly 1,500 residents and approximately 700 units.  Her duties include the preparation of all monthly owner reports, resident statements, financial packages and budgets, always ensuring their timely distribution.  Originally from Kansas City, she has resided in Colorado for 16 years and is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder.
