Tricia Best, Sunflower Property Management's Office Coordinator, has been with the Sunflower team for nearly three years.  Her experience includes more than fifteen years in customer service, over five years in the real estate business and four years in accounting.  She has critical knowledge in every department at Sunflower Property Management and is a valuable asset, working with current and prospective residents in conjunction with fielding property owners' requests and concerns.  She oversees the day-to-day office duties, while assisting with advertising, leasing and accounting tasks.  Tricia is a native of Colorado Springs and holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting.  Her never-ending smile, positive attitude and willingness to lend a helping hand ensures Sunflower Property Management's customers and clients will always feel welcome.
