Monica Mays-Davison, Sunflower Property Management's Employing Broker and Managing Broker, is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and has been in the real estate business for over eighteen years.  She brings her expertise to the Sunflower Management team, along with her vast wealth of knowledge related to property management.  Her broad real estate experience includes new construction, sales and management of multi-family buildings, single family homes, townhomes and mobile home parks.  She is well versed in the upkeep and maintenance of our properties and has become a highly valuable asset to our company.  Able to handle work loads well in excess of a typical property manager, she continues to add value and resolve conflicts in a very professional and efficient manner.
