Mike Allred, the Owner and President of Sunflower Management, LLC, is a Colorado Springs native with more than 20 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry, as well as extensive knowledge in finance, accounting, taxation, and legal matters. After graduating from the University of Colorado with a bachelor's degree in business and real estate and a master's degree in accounting and taxation, he began his career working in the tax division at one of the Big 6 accounting firms. From there, he took over a failed and bankrupt real estate and golf development in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, where he successfully re-zoned and master-planned the real estate component and re-designed and re-built the golf course into one of the area's most successful resorts. He then became the President and CFO of a high-end real estate and resort development south of Tucson, where he contributed to the creation of a 230 lot subdivision and a 40 million dollar renovation to the hotel and resort facilities. He has been an organizer, owner and board member of an Arizona bank, served as the president of two different chambers of commerce, served as a board member for several homeowners associations and has built a significant consulting business, managing numerous investment related entities and properties. Today, he continues to serve as the President and CFO of the Arizona resorts, manages his families numerous real estate investments and business ventures throughout the country, consults for several investment entities and leads the great team at Sunflower Management.
