Rounding out our Sunflower Property Management team is our highly skilled Maintenance Manager, Brandon Yates. Brandon brings to us more than fifteen years experience in property maintenance, landscape construction, irrigation installation, home repair and home care.  He, along with his team of 6 other highly skilled employees, provides 24-hour, 7 day a-week maintenance to ensure that your property is well-maintained and cared for.  Brandon's team always strives to balance the tenants's needs with cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
